Pregnancy is such an amazing time in a woman’s life, and Miss M looks absolutely glowing! I'm very happy that I was chosen to capture these beautiful moments, and I'm super excited to share them with all of you.
As for all of you ladies thinking about doing a maternity shoot, just think about how many opportunities you will have to capture yourself and your baby at such an exhilarating time in your life. So be it on the first baby or the fourth, that moment should be with you for the rest of your life!
A huge thanks goes out to Miss M for taking the time to answer some of my post-shoot questions. I've included all the questions and answers below.
What made you decide to book your boudoir session with ALOMIA instead of another studio?
The website and portfolio that Iwona has are amazing. The fact that Iwona had everything nicely laid out and easy to follow with easy booking was fabulous as well as great customer service in response to emails.
How were you feeling before your shoot? Any thoughts going through your mind?
I have had different moments of love and insecurity in my body and what I look like now in my fourth pregnancy. it felt like it was time to embrace the changes and highlight the amazing things a woman's body does to accommodate a growing baby. I was hoping for a boudoir shoot to make me feel more comfortable and to show my husband and friends that I felt good about myself.
What was your favorite thing about your photoshoot experience?
Iwona is such a kind and encouraging person. She made me feel so comfortable and helped me to let go of my insecurities. It was an amazing experience!
What would you tell other ladies who are considering doing a boudoir shoot?
Do it! We, as women, often feel insecure about what we look like. A boudoir shoot allows us to let go and let our inner confidence to shine through. Iwona's photography makes you feel beautiful and proud.
What is the best memory from your photo shoot day?
Being pampered with hair and makeup and just feeling simply beautiful. I felt really empowered.
If you wanted to leave me with some final words, what would they be?
I think so many women forgo boudoir shoots but after doing it, I feel that everyone should try them. This is a gift for me and my husband. The memory of confidence and being who you are in a snapshot of your life, is empowering and worth it! I am so glad I did it and Iwona is someone who makes you feel comfortable and beautiful!.

You can bring lingerie -or- nothing at all. You may have an idea of how your boudoir session should go, especially when it comes to what you wear, how you pose and what props to use... or you can have faith and leave it in my experienced hands. I will not disappoint you, this is what I do!
My job is to make sure you look your best in all of your photos. So just be yourself and follow my directions while we are shooting and I will capture some truly beautiful moments!
